Shelli Brockman

Shelli is also a Denver Native, although she achieved her real estate license while living in St. Louis, Missouri. At that time, she sold primarily resale. In 1990, when she moved back to Denver, she began her new real estate adventure, dealing strictly with new home sales.

Shelli worked for Richmond Homes, selling in several different price ranges beginning from the high $100’s to the $700’s. Following the finish of those subdivisions, she was employed by Vintage Marketing who represented an out of state builder who built condominiums in Highlands Ranch. It was an extremely great opportunity, enabling her to sell 440 condominiums in just over two years. The next site was 70, “new urban,” homes ranging from the $170’s to the $190’s. While working for Vintage Marketing, Shelli, was awarded plaques from the National Home Builders Association for selling over $15 million three years in a row.

She then was introduced to four conversion properties, owned by Robert Leino. The first building in 2000, was 36 years old on Cheesman Park. There were 61 condominiums that she sold in under six months. From there, Shelli, sold the Parkway Townhomes conversions. There were 112 townhomes being converted from rentals to sales. Also, in the Parkway family were high-rise buildings that were converted. For her, conversions provided great additional segments of real estate. All conversions homes were very old and required a great deal of work, which she was able to assist in overseeing the construction and then selling all of them in short periods of time. Again, Shelli was awarded for selling over $10 million for three consecutive years.

Perhaps Shelli’s most meaningful asset is the ability to assist all different ranges of buyers and their price points, listen to their needs, and do her utmost best to fulfill those needs. She is truly a people person, who also was fortunate to be employed by Nieman Marcus. For two years in a row, her sales record clearly exceeded expectations set by her manager.

Shelli was one of the founding members of "The Pink Ribbon Foundation." This is a breast cancer foundation that began in Colorado and will stay in Colorado. Shelli raised thousands of dollars that aided in the purchase of new diagnostic machines for Fitzsimmons Hospital. She also solicited for companies, restaurants, etc. for great gifts for the gift bag. Currently, Shelli is involved in The Colorado Citizen for Accountability
foundation. The purpose of this foundation is to publish doctors, hospitals, nurse's, nursing homes, on the internet, to make the public aware if they have ever been fined, reprimanded or had their license revoked. At the present time, for example, a doctor could lose his license in one state, and go on to practice in another.  There are also many other bills before Congress surrounding this subject that Shelli is involved in.
